Data Deletion Instructions

A business can request deletion of data connected to Agentum, including Instagram connection data, customer messages stored by Agentum, appointment synchronization data, and connected workflow records.

How to request deletion

  1. Send an email to privacy@agentum.com.ua.
  2. Include the business name, Instagram username, and the email or phone number used during onboarding.
  3. We will verify ownership or administrator access before deleting connected data.

What happens after deletion

Agentum will disconnect the Instagram account from active workflows, remove stored tokens and connection records, and delete related operational records unless retention is required by law.

Response time

We aim to process verified deletion requests within 30 days.
